Quick Summary
Big transitions are happening at Findable, and we’re pausing our usual programming to share four exciting milestones. From hosting an intimate industry dinner and speaking at the AEC.AI Summit in Austin to supporting Habitat for Humanity through our 100 Hours for Housing pledge, we are leaning into community. Behind the scenes, we’re also researching our first book on scaling beyond referrals and officially unveiling our full-service social media offering. It’s an ambitious season of stepping outside our comfort zone, giving back, and expanding how we help firms grow.

Four Big Announcements
I have four big announcements to share. Then we’ll be back to our usual newsletters next week.
1. Dinner in Austin, Texas
I’m travelling to Austin and organizing a dinner while I’m there.
- Wednesday, November 18 at 6:30 PM
- Austin, TX (exact location shared after RSVP)
- Approximately $60 per person (we’ll split the bill evenly)
About 12 people have RSVPed already. We’re a mix of professionals working in marketing, architecture, engineering and construction.
If you’d like to join us, just reply to this email and I’ll send you the details.
2. 100 Hours for Housing
On November 19, I’ll be speaking at the AEC.AI Summit in Austin.
I’ll be delivering my workshop, Get Leads from Google & ChatGPT, for the 11th time since I created it last year.
As part of my 100 Hours for Housing initiative, I’m donating 100 hours of public speaking and 50% of my speaker fees to Habitat for Humanity.
So far, since 2025, I’ve donated 28.5 hours and $2,102.50.
If you know an organization looking for speakers in 2027, I’d love to volunteer.
3. Writing My First Book
I’m working on a book about marketing. It answers the question: How do you grow a service-based business beyond just referrals, networking and relationships?
I’m in the research stage and looking to interview 30 companies that have been in business for 7–15 years.
Interested? Complete this 10-minute survey.
In exchange for your time, I’ll send you a free copy of the book once it is published.
4. Introducing Social Media to Our Services
For the OGs on this email list, you know Findable started as an SEO agency, helping clients get found on Google.
In March 2025, Laura Hur from Lorla Studio, an existing SEO client, trusted us with her social media too.
Since then, we’ve helped almost a dozen clients with their Instagram, LinkedIn and Youtube profiles. We handle everything from strategy and content creation to filming, editing, posting and reporting.
All to say, we have case studies, testimonials, results and a well-oiled process. I’m ready to promote this service and shout it from the rooftops!
If you’re looking for SEO and/or social media support in 2027, book a call with me.
See you next Thursday.
Tchau,
Daniela
