The Challenge
Lorla had done what many designers are told to do: Beautiful branding. A polished website. Press placements. But none of it translated into predictable inquiries.
There was no marketing strategy – no way to amplify her beautiful project photos and generate new inquiries. There was no measurable lead source. Growth depended entirely on referrals and reputation.
And she didn’t want to become a one-person marketing department. She wanted to focus on designing. The challenge was building a system.
How We Did It
From Months 1 to 3, we focused on Strategy and SEO. We clarified positioning, optimized key service pages, and built strong SEO foundations. By Month 3, search visibility increased.
From Month 4 onward, we shifted to Content and Growth. We published ongoing SEO-driven content, social media, and later email marketing.
By Year 2, inquiries were steadily compounding. By Year 3, annual inquiries had nearly quadrupled.
