Callaway Construction is a Texas-based commercial general contractor generating approximately $12 million in annual revenue across multiple commercial sectors nationwide.
After completing several childcare projects, they identified an opportunity to build a specialized division focused exclusively on childcare and daycare construction. Their average project value is approximately $250,000.
The Results
In 2024, the childcare division received just 4 inbound inquiries and closed 1 project.
From 2024 to 2025:
- Increased inbound inquiries from 4 to 17 year to year
- 82% of leads came from Google
- 11% of leads came from AI search tools like ChatGPT
- Ranked at the top of Google for “childcare construction” and “daycare construction” in states including Texas, Colorado, North Carolina, and Massachusetts
- Generated a $1.7M+ minimum pipeline

The Challenge
Before working with us, the childcare division did not exist as a distinct brand.
Business development relied heavily on cold outreach, trade shows, and relationship-building. The internal point of contact was a one-person business development team that managed sales, marketing, and operations while seeking internal buy-in for a new niche focus.
There was no inbound strategy or online presence. No system for generating qualified leads online.
The goal was build authority and demand for a specialized childcare construction division, without adding more pressure to an already stretched team.
How We Did It
From Months 1 to 3, we focused on Strategy, Website, and SEO. We launched a separate website dedicated to the childcare division with strong SEO. By Month 3, they were ranking top 10 for “childcare construction company.”
From Month 4 onward, we created ongoing SEO-driven content targeting high-intent childcare and daycare construction searches. As visibility strengthened, inbound inquiries increased. This reduced reliance on cold outreach and trade shows.
